The Church is designed to be multi-generational. Younger people need to learn from the experience and wisdom of older people, and older people need to experience the passion and promise of younger people. Few things can threaten the health of the Church like generational division. Understanding what has shaped each generation will strengthen its love for each other and our love for Jesus.
