What to Expect: A casual, friendly atmosphere. We expect you to come as you are, because that's what family does.
Why We Exist
We exist to bring Jesus to the Rogue Valley so we can bring the Rogue Valley to Jesus. We want to help people say "yes" to Jesus, whatever that means:
Yes to believing in him.
Yes to following him.
Yes to serving him.
Whatever your next step with Jesus is, it is our mission to help you say "yes" to it.

We understand that the Bible is the infallible, eternal Word of God, and that prayer is a communication line through which we can experience God. We challenge all of our attendees to pray and read the Bible daily. By teaching our families how to seek God's guidance and direction in their daily lives, we will grow stronger as individuals, which will have a profound impact on the Kingdom of God.
Genuinely...
We genuinely practice authenticity in our worship...
We are a community of grace and forgiveness. Everyone is welcome, encouraged, and expected to to participate and be authentic in their worship. This is a safe place to come as you are and grow in your faith. But this is also a place where complacency will be challenge and spiritual maturity will be encouraged. We believe Jesus loves you just as you are, but that he loves you too much to leave you that way. We challenge all of our attendees to make coming to our weekly worship service a high priority in their lives.
Passionately...
We passionately love our neighbors as ourselves...
We believe in and follow the Great Commandment of Jesus, to love God and to love our neighbors. We believe that our primary reason for existence is for the sake of those who are not yet part of the Body of Christ. It is our intention that all should experience Jesus and grow in maturity to become fully transformed, committed, and reproducing followers of Christ. We challenge all attendees to share their faith with those around them through love, action, and words.

We eagerly serve others...
We feel every member of the Body of Christ is responsible for using his or her physical or spiritual gifts, energy, time, and finances to help honor God through ministry. We follow the teaching and example of Jesus - we don't come to be served, but to serve. We believe the Church should be intentional in seeking to help the poor, and we view the poor as those without some necessity in life. We challenge all of our attendees to be intentional in looking for needs that they can meet.
Actively...
We actively participate in community...
We understand that life was not meant to be lived alone. Family exists in circles, now in rows. We challenge all of our attendees to join & actively participate in one of our home groups. Participating in a small group allows for spiritual growth, development, and understanding that simply cannot happen only by attending a weekend service. Our vision is that life groups would multiply and branch our, and that through these life groups, the community would greatly impacted by Redwood Christian Church.

We boldly invest in the next generation...
We are a community where children and students are highly valued. We want to radically invest in the next generation, so that the future of our Church and the future of our community will grow up to understand and know God and grow into spiritual maturity as they grow into physical and emotional maturity. We challenge all of our kids and students at Redwood to learn how to follow Jesus daily. Our hope is that the adults attending Redwood would invest their time and resources to help the next generation grow.
